March 31 Fredericksburg

Back to Main Street in Fredericksburg first to Hondos on Main, then the Brewery then Auslanders German restaurant. 

March 30 Fredericksburg

Drove thru Main St but was very busy (Saturday) so we went to a place that Lisa at the KOA recommended, Alamo Springs Cafe. Out of town about 11 miles, right next to the Tunnel State Park and had the best burger and onion rings ever. They were voted 3rd best burger in Texas. It was a tiny place, get your own beer out of cooler then tell them when you pay. Service was slow BUT it was well worth waiting for. We will go back here . 

March 29 Bandera

Bandera for the motorcycle run, then headed back to Luckenbach but on route 473 went by this place and we just had to turn around and see what it was. The Cartoon Saloon was absolutely the high point of our day. A quick beer with some awesome people then off to Luckenbach.

March 19 Galveston Island

Went back to Victoria via Galveston Island, Freeport and Port Lavaca. 

March 11 Schroeder Hall

Schroeder Dance Hall is the 2nd oldest dance hall in Texas

March 18 Kemah Tx

Went by Summer Breeze in San Leon, then to the Kemah Boardwalk and then Galveston 

Mar 1-3 San Antonio

March 1st to March 3rd, we spent the weekend in San Antonio. The Alamo and the River Walk and Mardi Gra float parade.
