About Ziva

Hi, my name is Ziva and I was named after the NCIS character Ziva David, played by actress Cote de Pablo, who is my human moms favorite actress,   https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cote_de_Pablo

I am a very active Miniature Dachshund and I was born August 15, 2016. Miniature dachshunds have a typical weight of 8 to 11 pounds. They also are normally a height of 5 to 7 inches. They are nicknamed "wiener dogs", "hotdogs", "sausage dogs", or most appropriately called "beanie weenies" in reference to the small frankfurters typically found in crockpots at potluck dinners.  (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miniature_Dachshund)

I had awesome birth parents.
My birth mother was a brown dashshund

My birth father was a dapple dashshund

And my paternal grandmother was a dapple wire haired dashshund 

I was adopted by my new human parent on November 3rd, 2016.  My new life is going to be awesome because they ride a Harley Davidson motorcycle and I will get to travel with them.
